Joint injuries can occur through age related conditions and/or traumatic incidents.  Our physical therapist help facilitate your recovery, return to daily functional mobility, and return to sport by decreasing inflammatory response and strengthening the musculoskeletal and nervous system from the injury.  We help patients recover and rehabilitate from a variety of joint conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Epicondylitis (tennis/golfer’s elbow)

Some of the therapies used to accomplish the goal of regaining movement and reducing pain, swelling and stiffness may include one or more of the following:


  • Manual therapy (Myofascial Release/ Soft Tissue Mobilization, Joint Mobilization, and/or Manual Stretching)
  • Proprioception Training
  • Therapeutic Exercise (Strengthening, Endurance, and Stretching)
  • Functional Strength Training and Re-Education
  • Ultrasound
  • Electrical Stimulation - Electrical Muscle & Nerve Stimulation
